On seeing artistic pictures of Vienna

On seeing artistic pictures of Vienna:

We can find pretty things here, if we go to the right pretty places.

I bet you that, if I tried, I could create an artistic or classy aspect around any cup of coffee in Blacksburg.  And then I could photograph it.  And say I took that picture in...Italy.  Or Switzerland.  Or France.  

And, I bet I could take a few tomatoes from Food Lion, stick 'em in a wooden box in the parking lot outside my apartment, and create a picture that wouldn't cause anyone to think twice if I labeled it "outdoor market in Naples."

Not that traveling isn't great.  Huge fan [and I like the American landscape as much as I like any other, just in a different way].  I simply feel that beautiful things can be seen or constructed anywhere; take a picture of something real.
